The Haunted Cincinnati team wasn't able to make it out to Land of Illusions until the 20th of October, and were sorry we waited so long. With four great haunts all in one area the only downside for us was being so far away. I think my order of favorites are "Dr Psychos Haunted Estate", "Temple of Terror", "Middletown Haunted Trail", then "Killer Klowns". If you had to pick between a single attraction my money would be on the Haunted Estate. The ambience leading up to the house is simply incredible. Once inside the house there is so much action, the actors are fantastic, the whole place is simply incredible. The only thing I don't like is the end, but then who does? It looks like all of the haunts have gotten a facelift for the year, and the only attraction which I wasn't a fan of was the klowns simply because they do not frighten me. The trail has an amazing start to it this year which is almost out of this world. I think it's making people green with envy. Speaking of the trail, the female actor who approached me offered to cut me free of something valuable and called me big boy should definitely call me. Most of the attractions also have closed circuit TV which airs parts of it's own in-house produced footage which is great. I could be wrong, but I thought I saw a cameo by the parks owner in the circus tent as the ring leader.

"Middletown Haunted Trail"
Actors 5/5 - They just aren't jumping out growling or yelling boo.
Environment 4/5 - Parts are great, but some of the monkeying around needs to go.

Actors 4/5 - They jump out at the right times to startle you, but need more than "Grrr"

"Killer Klowns"
Actors 3/5 - The actors in the maze were great
Environment 4/5 - Everything is themed well for clowns, maybe they just need a big tent.
Scare Rating 3.5 - Clowns don't frighten me, but it is a well themed attraction.

This place continues to get better each year, and I hope that those of you who read this will make sure you visit them if you haven't already!
